This classic highlights all the right flavors. Tequila and citrus are an outstanding paring. This cocktail is great because it’s beautiful, the ingredients are easy to find, and are often on hand. So if you are a home mixologist it’s a perfect one to add to the menu.
Begin by putting your tequila then orange juice into a glass over ice. Finish with a pour of grenadine over and around the top. Finally, do not stir! The grenadine will sink to the bottom giving you that “sunrise” effect.

To make this one, begin by adding all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to develop the foam. Finally, strain and pour over fresh ice.
Try this twist on the classic Margarita, the Blue Splash Margarita! All the delicious citrus flavor with a fizz that brings this cocktail to life.
Begin by pouring your tequila and Blue Curacao over ice. Then pour in the lemon-lime soda.
Sip back and enjoy!
Chili, chocolate, and booze? Sign me up! This cocktail is inspired by Latin American mole. With chili and chocolate notes, this cocktail has a flavor unlike anything we have experienced before. But delicious and goes down smooth. (As they say out East, “Not enough ‘o’s in Smoooooth, smooth!”)
First, prepare your glass by rimming it with cinnamon sugar. *Use lime to make the edge of the glass sticky. Then, grab your shaker and add all ingredients over ice. Next, shake well and strain into the coupe. Garnish with Habenero if you’re feelin’ spicy!
The Paloma is one of those old school cocktails that cannot be overlooked. Can be made with ruby red grapefruit soda, or in this case our own blend of fresh juice with simple syrup. Either way, this one may just become one of your all-time favorites. Get ready to be refreshed!
Start by running a lime around the edge of the glass, rim it with salt. Then, add all your ingredients into a shaker over fresh ice. Next, shake and strain over fresh ice in your salt-rimmed glass. Top with club soda.
*Remember, if you are using grapefruit soda do not shake it. You will end up with quite a mess!
