Required Items:  2x Shot Glasses,1x Hardboiled Egg

Set-Up:  Place the egg, fat side up, in one shot glass. Put the shot glasses lip to lip on the bar.

Rules: Bar-Fly May Not: Touch the egg, touch either shot glass or use any outside objects for help.

Solution:
Blow over the top of the egg HARD. Low pressure is created by the airflow over the fat side of the egg causing the egg to basically jump into the other shot glass.
