INGREDIENTS
1 oz Raspberry Vodka⠀
1.5 oz Limoncello ⠀
1 oz Lemon Juice⠀
0.5 oz Raspberry Simple Syrup⠀
1 Egg White⠀
muddled Fresh Raspberries⠀
garnish Lemon and Raspberry
PROCEDURE
In a shaker combine fresh raspberries, vodka, and simple. Muddle briefly. Add ice, limoncello, lemon juice, then shake to chill. Strain into fresh shaker, add egg white, shake to bring forth foam. Strain, garnish, and serve.
