What could be better than some nice cold tea on a hot summer day? Maybe adding a little vodka! Well good news it’s Tea Thyme. With sweet tea vodka and real honey this one is going to be refreshing and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Sweet Tea Vodka
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey Simple
1 egg white
Thyme Garnish
PROCEDURE
Combine all ingredients in to a shaker with ice, except for the egg white. Shake to chill then strain into new shaker with no ice. Add egg white and shake to build foam, 20-30 seconds. Strain into coupe, garnish, and serve.
