We decided to turn it into a cocktail. Ube’s flavor can be described as vanilla meets pistachio. Plus the pudding we use for the recipe has dairy for a creamy flavor. Mix one up and prepare to turn heads.
2 oz Vodka
2 oz Ube Pudding
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with small toasted
If using powdered ube, follow instructions on the back to a pudding-like consistency. Then add ube pudding, vodka, simple and shake with ice. If you are using fresh ube yams, then you will need to make ube pudding for the mix, from scratch. Don’t worry the recipe is easy to find online.
