FINALLY, A MARTINI FOR COFFEE LOVERS.
Delicious and invigorating, espresso by itself is a treat. Add a touch of the hard stuff and you have a recipe for a great time.
The Espresso Martini is a fantastic way to start a night, or end one. Feel free to experiment with different roasts and vodkas (dare we recommend even a gin). Let us know what you come up with!
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz espresso
1 oz milk foam
Coffee bean garnish
PROCEDURE
Prepare fresh espresso shot and pour over ice with vodka and coffee liqueur. Strain into coupe and garnish with milk foam and coffee beans.
