INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Tequila Reposado
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.75 Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Triple Sec
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
1 slice of jalapeño
Garnish with a Slice of Pineapple
PROCEDURE
Combine tequila, juices, triple sec, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and pour over fresh ice layered with jalapeño. Garnish with pineapple and serve.
